Shipments to Italy and abroad are made via selected couriers.
Each order is accompanied by official invoice, which reports the real value of the items purchased; in the case of products on sale, the invoice will indicate the discounted amount.
Orders of available items are shipped the first working day following purchase, subject to confirmation of availability.
The credit card is charged on the day of the order.
In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to postpone the shipment.

The cost varies depending on the destination and the express service selected (UPS Express), with rates starting from €32.

Failure to deliver
By placing an order, the customer undertakes to accept delivery of the package.
In case of refusal of shipment or non-delivery for reasons attributable to the customer, the expenses incurred will be deducted from any refund.
Insurance
Shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage until the time of delivery.
