Neutral base with Organic Mongongo Oil specific for mixing and diluting the entire Pure Pigments series. Vitamin E present in the oil shines and nourishes the hair fibre. Used alone, as a restorer or together with direct pigments to create unique pastel shades.
HOW TO USE: distribute the color on clean, dry or washed and towel-dried hair. Leave on for 5-20 minutes depending on the desired effect. After the exposure time, rinse carefully.
