Togethair - Netural Gloss pure pigments

Neutral base with Organic Mongongo Oil, specifically designed for mixing and diluting the entire Pure Pigments series. The Vitamin E in the oil adds shine and nourishes the hair fiber. Use alone, as a restructuring treatment, or in combination with direct pigments to create unique pastel shades.

HOW TO USE: Apply the color to clean, dry or towel-dried hair. Leave on for 5-20 minutes, depending on the desired effect. After the processing time, rinse thoroughly.
